HOW TO REPLACE THE ELECTRIC VALVE
1. Unscrew the two PH2 screws on the back of the lid and slide the lid back to release. Ensure the water is isolated and unscrew the inlet hose from the back of the machine. Note: When reinstalling ensure the inlet hose is fully screwed on to prevent any leaks.
2. Carefully disconnect the three wiring connectors from the electric valve, by pushing up the tab on the valve and sliding out the wiring connector. Be careful not to damage the connectors.
(Note: Take a photo before starting to ensure that all the wiring connectors are returned to their correct positions).
3. Carefully pull the valve towards you to release the securing tabs and rotate the valve to release the catches into the body of the appliance to remove the valve.
4. Angle to valve up and use pliers to release the two jubilee clips for the internal inlet hoses, then slide the inlet hoses down and off the valve to release the valve.
6. When reassembling, repeat steps in reverse order.
