Resolution
Issue:
- Wool clothes have shrunk after the drying cycle
- Tumble dryer heats up too much
Applies to:
- Heat pump dryer
- Heat pump washer dryer
Resolution:
1. Use only special programme for handwashable woollens gentle drying. Remove items immediately when the programme is completed.
Tumble dryers with the following sign indicate that the wool drying cycle of this machine has been approved by The Woolmark Company for the drying of wool garments labelled as "hand wash" provided that the garments are dried according to the instructions issued by the manufacturer of this machine.
2. Do not exceed the maximum load stated in programmes chapter or shown on the display.
Note: The indication of loading quantity always refers to the weight of the dry laundry.
