Issue
- Washing machine displays three dashes
Applies to:
- washing machine
Resolution
- Reset the machine by switching off the power and reconnecting after approx. 1 minute.
- Then disable the child safety lock, as instructed in the user manual. Download .
Cause:
If the washing machine displays three dashes, indicates the washing machine has finished the cycle with the “CHILD LOCK” enabled and the washing machine is then switched off using the selector button or a power outage occurs.
- Three dashes may appear on the display when the washing machine is switched on.
