Washing machine display does not show the wireless indicator
Resolution
Issue:
- The display does not show the wireless indicator
- Cannot connect to the appliance
Applies to:
- connected washing machine
- connected tumble dryer
Resolution:
1. Check the wireless signal.
2. Make sure that the wireless connection is on.
Refer to the paragraph "Configuring the washing machine wireless connection" in the "WiFi - Connectivity setup" chapter in the user manual. You can download the user manual .
3. Check your home network and router.
4. Restart the router.
5. Contact your wireless service provider if there are further problems with the wireless network.
