- The actual programme duration differs from the one specified in the user manual
Applies to:
- Heat pump dryer
Resolution:
1. The appliance is working correctly.
The drying duration is calculated according to various parameters, such as:
- ambient temperature
- initial laundry moisture
- load mass and type
The displayed time adjusts to the actual programme duration.
