- How to clean stainless steel oven front panel / door?

- Integrated oven
- Freestanding cooker
Resolution:
1. Treatment of stainless steel before installation:
- Remove the thin, protective film (if applicable).
- Clean the surface with a cleaning spirit to remove any remaining solvent from the glue. Clean along the grain of the steel.
- Wash with warm water and dishwashing detergent.
- Wipe down with a clean dry cloth.
- Polish with a steel care product. Always polish along the grain of the steel.
- Afterwards, polish with a clean dry cloth to remove any excess steel care product / oil. Polish again along the grain of the steel.
2. Treatment of stainless steel during use:
- Wash with warm water and dishwashing detergent.
- Wipe down with a clean dry cloth.
- Polish with a steel care product. Always polish along the grain of the steel.
- Afterwards, polish with a clean dry cloth to remove any excess steel care product / oil. Polish again along the grain of the steel.
3. Treatment of aluminium:
- Clean the surface with a solution of soap and water.
- If thorough cleaning is necessary, make a mixture of alcohol and cleaning chalk.
- Apply directly with a cloth.
