How can I be informed about the status of my order?
Resolution
Parcel Delivery & Appliances (delivery only, no installation):
Order Confirmation, You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of your purchase
Item Shipped, Our logistocs partner will contact you within 4 working days of the order to arrange a delivery time. They will send you a text 24 hours prior to delivery.
Appliances requiring an installation and / or Connection (Dublin City and County Only).
