Compact Oven Displays an Error Code – Causes and Solutions

Resolution

When a software error occurs, the oven display shows an error code (e.g. F240, F604, F908, etc.).

In this section, you will find a list of error codes that you can resolve yourself, without the need for a service visit:

F102 - the door is not fully closed or the door lock is faulty.

Solution: Close the door. Turn the oven off and on.

F240, F439 - the touch controls on the display are not working properly.

Solution: Clean the surface of the display. Make sure there is no dirt on the touch-sensitive areas.

F111 - The temperature probe is not inserted correctly into the socket.

Solution: Connect the temperature probe securely to the socket.

F601 - there is a problem with the Wi-Fi signal.

Solution: Check your network connection. Refer to the user manual, ‘Before first use’ chapter, Wireless connection.

F602, F603 - Wi-Fi network is not available.

Solution: Switch the oven off and on again. Make sure the Wi-Fi network is available.

F604 - the first connection to Wi-Fi failed.

Solution: Check your network connection. Refer to the user manual, ‘Before first use’ chapter, Wireless connection.

F908 - the oven electronics cannot connect to the control panel.

Solution: Disconnect the oven from the mains for 1 minute. If the error persists, book a service visit.

F131 - the temperature of the magnetron sensor is too high.

Solution: Switch off the oven and wait until it has cooled down. Switch the oven on again.

Other error codes beginning with “F” – internal electronics error.

Solution: Disconnect the oven from the mains for 1 minute. If the error persists, book a service visit.
