Always take care when moving appliances. For heavy appliances it's safest for two persons to move it. Always use safety gloves and safety footwear. Wear safety gloves at all times to protect from cuts from sharp edges.

Only adults should use or install the product.

Always empty the appliance of all the water, e.g. tumble dryer water container. Any maintenance should be carried out with the appliance standing upright. Residual water could damage electronics if the appliance is placed on any of its sides.

Make sure to use the product only for its designated purpose and verify that it is a compatible part for the intended product.

Do not use or install the product if damaged.

How to replace drain pump

Condenser Tumble Dryer:

1. Remove the condensation water filling pump and level sensor cover.

2. Disconnect the 2 pump connectors and the level sensor connector.

Using pliers, loosen and raise the clamp securing the red pipe (supply) and raise it a few centimetres. 

Repeat the operation with the transparent pipe (overflow return).

(Make sure both pipes do not return completely into the appliance)

3. Loosen the 2 screws securing the entire pump support and level sensor to the appliance and remove it without using excessive force.

4. To reassemble, repeat steps in reverse order. 

Heat Pump Sahara:

1. Loosen the screws that hold on the level sensor compartment lid and pump.Unhook the fastening clip.Remove the protection.

2. Using pliers, loosen and raise the clamp securing the supply pipe and raise it a few centimetres.Repeat the operation with the transparent pipe (overflow return)

3. Disconnect the 2 pump connectors and the level sensor connector.Loosen the screw that holds the whole pump and level sensor to the machine and remove it.Insert a screwdriver in the slots indicated by the arrows and remove the pump by pushing it down.

5. To reassemble, repeat steps in reverse order. 

Heat pump Optiflow:

1. Loosen the 2 rear fixing screws.Move the worktop towards the rear and remove it.

2. Loosen the screws that secure the left side to the top crossbar.

3. Loosen the 4 screws for left side panel from the rear of the tumble dryer.Raise the panel slightly so that the catch on the tumble dryer is released from the pocket in the panel.

4. Loosen the screw and remove the protection plate.

5. Using pliers, loosen and raise the clamp securing the supply pipe and raise it a few centimetres.Repeat the operation with the transparent pipe (overflow return). Disconnect the pump connectors.

6. Insert a screwdriver in the slots holding the pump and remove it by rotating clockwise and pulling it up.
