Cappuccino unit not working

Resolution

  • Consumer to ensure that the unit is placed on a totally flat surface
  • Ensure there is water in the tank
  • Consumer to remove the steam wand from below the rubber holder and run some air and water through
  • Ensure the unit is correctly fitted and all the connections made - the steam lights should illuminate when the unit is correctly fitted
  • Ensure all components of the frothing unit are correctly assembled
  • If the appliance has not been descaled - the consumer must descale the appliance.
